A True (yet embarrassing) Ranking Story

We just can't stress the point too often  - to generate income from your website,
you MUST rank in the Top Ten!  But...you must also rank in the Top 10
using  "market specific terms"!

This is a true story about how intricate and precise
the search engine ranking process has become. 
This website is brand new because the domain name it is replacing
has been ranked in all of the wrong places. 

Yes, it had the important keywords in it such as "Search Engine"
and the entire website was well written,
properly coded and was  ranked in the Top Ten,
but not relating to our target market. 
 
Unfortunately, the domain name also included the word "mistress". 
That was the problem! 65.3% of our traffic was coming from the search engines
and 90% of the search terms related to the one word "mistress". 
The intended market was NOT in the adult website arena! 
Needless to say, we've had to get rid of that domain and replace it with this one.

Domain names weigh very heavily with the search engines,
so choose your domain carefully.

That website has since been removed and this one has taken it's place. 
As with all websites, it will take several weeks to be "spidered" and ranked.
We will be ranked in the top ten. 
We have purposely not shown the complete previous website address on this page
to avoid any "connection" between that domain and this one.

 Consider this. There are over one billion web sites listed with search engines! 
To compete with those billion other sites, you must be listed not only in the Top Ten,
you also must be listed in every conceivable internet "yellow page" site
 and directory, both locally and worldwide.

Reciprocal linking programs must be in place and maintained.
